I managed to let out my unhappiness to one of my gems team mate and he went telling the other team mates about my frustrations.
As I feel that I am only the one who is doing the work for the report.
Well, not saying that there are people who didn't contribute.
But at least, they make an effort to do it.
As for the minority who are doing the work, my frustrations motivate them to do work in the end.
